What to Expect
Before Your Session We'll meet via Zoom or in-person at my St. Johns, Portland office. Come prepared to dig into your business - bring your current challenges, goals, and any existing plans or systems you're working with.
During Your Session Think of it like having a strategy session with someone who actually knows how to run a business (hello, Nike experience!) but also happens to be intuitive. We'll look at where you are now, get clear on where you want to go, and map out the practical steps to get there. I'll draw from proven frameworks like OKRs and project management methodologies, while also tapping into intuitive guidance to make sure everything feels aligned with your purpose.
Between Sessions You'll get specific action items, project plans, and sometimes templates or systems to implement. I'll give you homework that actually moves your business forward - not just "think about your why" assignments.
