Energy Healing Sessions
I work with spiritual guides and psychic surgeons to do deep structural work on your energy field. I clear out energetic gunk, get your chakras running smoothly, and increase the energy flowing through your system. This helps you get unstuck in life and feel more like yourself again.
I'll intuitively read what's happening in your energy field and share what I'm seeing as I work - so you'll understand what you're working on energetically and what's been weighing you down. You'll leave feeling calmer, brighter, and more energized.

What to Expect
Before Your Session We'll meet via Zoom or in-person at my St. Johns, Portland office. Find a quiet, distraction-free space where you can focus completely - no kids, roommates, or phone notifications interrupting this time that's fully yours.
During a Coaching Session Think of it like having a really good conversation with your friend - if your friend was also talking to your spirit guides! You'll share what's going on, and I'll listen intuitively while connecting with my guides to feel what the situation is calling for. I'll ask probing questions to help bring out the answers that are already within you, while also sharing insights from my intuition. Together we'll put together a plan of action to create real transformation. If you add on energy work, it will speed up your progress by clearing the energetic blocks that might otherwise slow you down, creating space for some really big shifts in your life.
During an Energy Session You'll sit comfortably in a chair with your eyes open or closed (whatever feels right). I'll work through your energy field and each of your chakras, explaining what chakras are if you're new to this, and sharing what I'm getting intuitively as I clear energetic blocks and get your energy flowing better. You may feel the energy move as I work through each area. Some people feel sensations or gentle shifts as stuck energy gets released - this is completely normal.
After Your Session If you did coaching, you'll leave with specific action steps and homework to keep moving forward, plus that inspired, motivated feeling that makes you want to actually do the work. If you did energy work, you'll typically feel brighter, calmer, and more peaceful.
Cancellation Policy I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Life happens, and I understand things come up - flexibility is available on a case-by-case basis.
