There's a lesson you're here to work on life, and it’s showing up as a specific challenge for you to work through. Maybe it's money issues. Maybe it's relationship dramas. Maybe it's just a sense of being lost and not knowing what the heck you are doing here.
That’s your gameplay.
Yep, Earth is a hard game. And sometimes you need a little help to get through it — someone who can help you figure out what this level is actually asking of you, and then walk you through it step by step.
That’s me.
I’m here to guide you through this current boss battle of your life.
Together, we tackle what you came here to learn — and the game gets a lot more interesting from there.
About Coaching Paths
Each path is a structured 1:1 program focused on where your challenge is showing up in your life — relationships, money, soul purpose, soul age, etc. We work through it together over a series of sessions, typically meeting every two to three weeks. Most paths run approximately five months - but we will chart that out after the Lay of the Land session.
The work moves in a specific sequence: we look at where you've been, what's underneath the pattern, what the soul lesson actually is, and what shifts when you engage it consciously instead of reacting to it on autopilot. Then we do the actual work of shifting it — and test that it's sticking.
Think of it as life coaching built on a reincarnation framework — which means instead of just setting goals and building habits, we're working with why your soul chose this life, what it's here to learn, and what shifts when you engage that consciously.
Pick Your Path…
Soul Age Path:Realign your life from the lens of how old your soul is. A successful old soul life looks very different from a young one’s. This path explores your best life fit, and how to maximize your spiritual growth in it.
Relationships Path: The relationships that activate you most are soul contracts — this path helps you understand what they're here to teach you and finally change the dynamic.
Money Path: Shift what's actually blocking your abundance.
Purpose Path: Uncover the unique gifts you’re here to share with the world, and get to doing it.
Purpose + Money Path: A combo! Find out what you’re here to do, and remove the blocks keeping the money to support it.
Career: Build a work life that fits who you actually are (my HR background also comes into play in this one).
Body/Health: Your body is talking to you. Let’s figure out what it is saying and get to the emotional and energetic root of your body’s story.
Launching Your Creative Project: Something stirring in you that wants to be born? A book, a new business, an artistic endeavor? Let’s clear what’s blocking you and build in the accountability to keep you on track and make it happen.
Spiritual Development & Advancement: Old soul, are you? Ready to move up the spiritual ladder and live your biggest, baddest spiritual self? Let’s clear the gunk that is holding you back. Fair warning: There is a lot of energy work in this one. And some pretty powerful transformation.
Or a custom combination of the above! After all, we are complicated beings, sometimes life isn’t in a simple box.
How It Works
Start with the Lay of the Land session.
An introductory 60-minute session where we get to know each other, see if we are a fit, take a look at your current life situation, and figure out the best path for you.
We will dig into your Soul Age and Soul Type, identify where you're stuck, and figure out what a path forward could look like.
Offered at a discounted rate to give you a chance to test the waters. Not a fit? No worries — sometimes one conversation is all you need to move forward.
All paths & sessions are offered either in person in my downtown Portland, Oregon office, or virtually via zoom.
Choose your path and do the work.
Book sessions at your own pace — every 2–3 weeks tends to create the best momentum.
Decide what's next.
When your path feels complete, you choose — wrap up and integrate on your own, continue with lighter-touch monthly or quarterly check-ins, or select a new path and go deeper.
Not Ready for a Full Path?
A standalone 90-minute coaching session is available for those who want a single, focused conversation without committing to a path. We go deep on whatever is up for you right now.
These are great for when you need to make a critical decision, want to work through a current challenge from a spiritual perspective, or are getting a life tune-up after previous work we've done together.
Pricing
Lay of the Land intro session: $75, 60 min - an accessible price to help you test the waters
Individual path sessions: $120 each, 75 min
Number of sessions varies by path and your needs — but typically 10 to 12
