I've spent 15+ years training in this work — Reiki, Barbara Brennan, and Seattle Psychic Awakenings — alongside direct guidance from my own spirit guides. I've done hundreds of sessions since, for people across the spectrum: skeptical surgeons and lawyers just checking it out, longtime devoted practitioners, and people navigating serious things like coma recovery and dissociative identity disorder. I love this work, and I'm always excited to share it with someone new.

Entirely up to you and what you're working through. One session is often exactly right if you need to process something or just want to feel a bit clearer. If you're actively working through a bigger shift, once every 2–4 weeks tends to create real momentum. Some people come a few times a year as a tune-up.

Similar roots, different technique. Reiki works with life force energy, like I do — but uses specific hand symbols and is usually hands-on. My technique works through the chakra system with guidance from spirit guides and psychic surgeons (yes, that's a real thing). I don't typically touch the body. Each chakra gets cleared, retuned, and read — and I explain what I'm sensing as we go.

As I perform the energy healing I read your energy field, and see the patterns and play and what you are currently working through. As we name it, we can clear the energy from your field so you can move forward.
I also often receive intuitive information from my guides and your guides about your current life situation and what advice they have for you on your path.
